Introduction
The SS4C/4D Security Initiative is simply a scheme of mutual assistance built upon the coming together of like minded residents that serves to create an alert and well secured community.
We are a community initiated and driven program aimed at enlisting the active support of residents, in participation with the hired private security service to reduce the opportunity for crime to happen.
As of currently the Security Initiative has been in place and running since August 2007. Beginning with a mere 30 odd residents who were the initial subscribers, today the Security Initiative already boast around 170+ subscribers and it's set to grow even bigger. It is the fond hope that one day soon the majority, if not all, residents of the SS4C/D residential area will be subscribers of this great effort to make our area once more a safe and secure neighborhood.

Background
In keeping with the rising crime rate that has been plaguing the residents of SS4C/D for some time now, the Security Initiative was the born off 2 very dedicated residents of our housing area - Michael Cheong & Tan Tai Liang. It is through their unrelenting spirit that the rest of the residents today can enjoy the benefits of our very own security services for our beloved housing area.As of currently the Security Initiative has been in place and running since August 2007.
